This policy explains how Certivus Compliance Ltd ("Certivus", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on certivus.com, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
Your choice, first
On your first visit you'll see a banner with equally prominent "Accept all" and "Reject all" options, plus granular controls per category. Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, including localStorage and tracking pixels, which this policy covers in the same way. "Session" cookies expire when you close your browser; "persistent" cookies remain for a set period.
2. Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work and to remember your consent choices. These don't require consent, but we list them for transparency.

3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, all Google storage is set to "denied"; no analytics cookies are written. If you accept analytics cookies, GA4 sets the cookies below. Plausible runs without cookies or personal identifiers at all times.
