Annual MLRO Report
In brief: MLR reg 21 senior-management oversight report — generate annually.
A board-facing PDF that consolidates a year's worth of compliance activity into one document for senior management oversight. Required by MLR 2017 reg 21.
How to generate it
Settings → AML Compliance → MLRO Appointment → "Annual MLRO report" (button in the section header).
A dialog opens with:
- Period start / end — defaults to current calendar year
