The "hand this to your SRA / HMRC inspector" artefact. One button → one ZIP → everything an inspector typically asks for.

Each evidence file is named so it's recognisable without opening it. The README lists every file that's included AND every file that should have been included but couldn't be (with a reason, e.g. "No active PCP recorded").

How to generate it

Settings → AML Compliance → Download compliance pack (top right of the page header). Generation takes a few seconds (browser-side) and downloads as Certivus-Compliance-Pack-<firm>-<date>.zip.

When to use it

• Before a supervisor visit (SRA, HMRC, ICAEW, etc.)
• For your annual senior-management report (MLR reg 21)
• When asked for "your compliance docs" by a referral, insurer, or merger counterparty

Regulatory anchors

The README inside lists the anchor for each artefact:

• Annual MLRO Report → MLR 2017 reg 21
• PCP → MLR 2017 reg 19
• Firm-Wide Risk Assessment → MLR 2017 reg 18
• Training records → MLR 2017 reg 24
• Audit reviews → MLR 2017 reg 21
• Beneficial owner ID evidence → MLR 2017 reg 28(10)
• Source-of-funds evidence → MLR 2017 reg 35(5)(b)

What if some files are missing?

The pack skips missing artefacts rather than failing the whole build. Each missing item appears in the README under [skipped] with the reason. Common reasons:

• No active PCP recorded → publish one in Settings
• No FWRA recorded → run the FWRA wizard in Settings
• Training evidence (planner failed) → typically a permissions or network issue; retry

A complete pack means all three PDFs plus every uploaded evidence file you have on record.
