Opening Certivus from Bryxo

Use Open in Certivus in Bryxo when you want to work directly in the Certivus firm that Bryxo created for you.

What happens

1. Bryxo opens Certivus with your firm's reference.
2. Certivus takes you to Rajoka ID to confirm who you are.
3. Certivus checks that the same identity already owns the firm or has a current membership.
4. You land in that firm's dashboard.

The firm reference in the link only tells Certivus which firm you meant to open. It does not grant access. Your Rajoka ID session and your existing firm ownership or membership are always required.

If you own more than one firm

Certivus shows a Choose your firm screen. Select the firm you want to open. This is the only extra step, and you can switch firms later from inside Certivus.

Opening Certivus directly later

You do not need to return to Bryxo each time. Sign up or sign in to Certivus with the same Rajoka ID. Certivus will recognise the partner-created firm you already own and open it. It will not ask you to create another firm.

If Certivus cannot verify access

Check these points before trying again:

• Use the same Rajoka ID you use for the Bryxo account that owns the firm.
• If a colleague invited you, ask the firm administrator to confirm that your membership is current.
• Return to Bryxo and use Open in Certivus again so the intended firm is included.

If the message still appears, contact Certivus support and include the firm name. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or account secrets.
