Transaction monitoring

In brief: Screen client payments in real time; the MLRO works alerts from one live queue.

Screen client payments in real time and let the MLRO work anything suspicious from one queue. Pilot-gated — ask support if you don't see it.

Screening a payment

  1. Open the client's profile → Transactions tab.
  2. Click Screen transaction and enter the reference, direction (incoming/outgoing), amount and currency. Crypto is supported — pick "crypto" as the currency kind.
  3. The outcome lands in seconds: Approved, In review, or Declined, with a risk score and the number of rules matched.

Screening is idempotent on your transaction reference — submitting the same payment twice never double-screens it.

Alerts

A risky transaction raises an alert automatically. Alerts appear:

  • on the client's Transactions tab (open-alert chips), and
  • in the Transaction alerts queue on the MLRO dashboard (Compliance → MLRO).

The MLRO can investigate, request a client step-up (a biometric re-check of the payer — the link is copied for you to send), resolve, or dismiss. Step-up requests mark the alert awaiting user until the client completes the check.

The firm-wide view

The MLRO dashboard also shows Screened transactions — every payment across the firm, filterable by outcome, each row linking to the client. Both lists update live; there is nothing to refresh.

Where decisions are recorded

Every alert action is timestamped on the alert. Resolved and dismissed alerts leave the queue but stay on the client's record for audit.
