Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app every time you sign in, on top of your password. Someone who learns your password still cannot get into your firm's client records.

Switching it on

Go to Profile, open the Security tab and choose to set up two-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and others all work), then enter the code it shows to confirm.

Signing in with 2FA on

After your password, Certivus asks for the current code from your app. This applies however you sign in, including with Google or Rajoka ID, and whichever page you were heading to. Until the code is entered, no part of your workspace opens.

If you cannot enter a code right now, choose Sign out. Your session is ended on this device and you can sign in again later.

Lost your phone?

Contact support. Without the app you cannot enter the code, so 2FA cannot be switched off from inside your account.
