The branded PDF you hand to a regulator, bank, or counterparty — a complete, plain-English record of the checks Certivus ran.

Identity verification report

From a completed case, click Download Report. The PDF contains:

• Findings — a plain-English summary anyone can read: "The Passport was captured, read and assessed as authentic… face matched the document holder (97.1%)… no sanctions or PEP matches."
• Every evidence section that exists on the case: document data, liveness and face-match scores, screening results with any potential matches, proof of address, chip (NFC) verification, device and location intelligence, fraud signals, and captured document images.
• Review & decision history — who approved or rejected, when, and the notes they recorded.

Sections without data are omitted — the report never shows empty headings.

Business verification report

From a finished business verification, use the download icon on the Business verification card: the official registry record, each check's outcome, and the beneficial-owner register with every person's identity status and ownership percentage.

Branding

Both reports carry your firm's name and logo with Certivus co-branding, page numbers, the case reference, and a generation timestamp. They state clearly that onboarding decisions remain the firm's responsibility — which is what an inspector expects to read.
