Dashboard overview
In brief: Reading the dashboard — health card, today's work, recent activity.
The dashboard is where your day starts. It has three layers — most recent at the top, broadest context at the bottom.
Top: First-run wizard (new firms only)
A 3-step setup card. Disappears once your compliance health crosses 30% and stays dismissed via your browser. See First-run setup wizard.
Top: Compliance Health card
A single 0-100 score with a traffic-light header band:
- Green ≥ 85% — on track
- Amber ≥ 60% — attention needed
- Red below 60% — action required
Underneath, the 12 factors that make up the score. Each row has a regulator citation (hoverable for plain English) and a per-factor earned/max number. Click any factor to jump to the page that fixes it.
See Compliance Health score for what each factor measures.
Middle: Today / work queue
The older "priority list" view — overdue reviews, monitoring alerts, missing documents, intake requests. Useful but secondary to the compliance trinity for AML work.
Sidebar: MLRO Queue
Linked from the sidebar, not the dashboard, but it's the daily-driver inbox for the MLRO specifically. See MLRO Queue.
Tabs at the top
- Overview — the dashboard described here
- Getting Started — static reference for new users
- Updates — release notes and what's changed
What it doesn't show
Per-client detail. For that, open the client and look at the File Completeness card on their Profile tab — see Client Compliance Status.
